Measure Your Wrist
There are two easy methods to measure your wrist:
Use a Measuring Tape
1. Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
2. Note the measurement in inches or millimeters.
Use a String or Ribbon
1. Wrap a string or ribbon around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
2. Mark where the string overlaps, then lay it flat and measure it with a ruler.
